Payment Options

Payment is taken at the end of each session and can be made by card, cash, cheque or bank transfer.

Cancellation

To avoid a cancellation fee, please give at least 24 hours notice of any change of appointment.

Initial Consultation

£50

This is a preliminary discussion, lasting approximately 1 hour, during which we can talk about any issues in confidence. I will explain in detail how hypnotherapy works and answer any questions you may have about the process. You will be given a relaxation CD / MP3 which will be an integral part of the therapy. Please note that no treatment takes place during the initial consultation.

Stop Smoking Session

£160

Stopping smoking is a one-off session lasting approximately 90-120 minutes. You will receive a motivational CD / MP3 to take away with you.

Subsequent Sessions

£75

Treatment programmes are tailored to each individual and we will discuss the format of the sessions during the initial consultation. In order to get the most out of treatment, client commitment is very important. Therapy sessions last approximately 50 minutes. Sessions are usually held weekly but this is flexible and we will plan session-by-session. Sessions are available in person or online (via Zoom).
